டெல்லியின் ஜகத்புரி பகுதியில், சோட்டே என்பவர் சாலை ஓரத்தில் பழ கடை நடத்தி வருகிறார். இந்தநிலையில் அப்பகுதியில் இருதரப்பினரிடையே மோதல் ஏற்படவே, இவர் கூடைகளில் இருந்த மாம்பழங்களை பாதுகாப்பான இடத்திற்கு கொண்டு செல்ல முயற்சி செய்தார். அப்போது அங்கு பழங்கள் வாங்க வந்த பொதுமக்கள் சிலர், கூட்டம் கூட்டமாக வந்து மாம்பழங்களை திருடிச் சென்றனர்.
இந்த வீடியோ தற்போது வெளியாகி கடும் அதிர்ச்சியை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. பொதுமக்களே இப்படி செய்யலாமா என பலரும் கேள்வி எழுப்பியுள்ளார்கள்.
