யப்பா..!! நடிகைகளின் வொர்க் அவுட்டில், கோமாளி ஹீரோயின் செய்வது வேற ரகம்! Viral Video.

ஜெயம் ரவி நடிப்பில் கடந்த ஆண்டு வெளியான திரைப்படம் கோமாளி. இத்திரைப்படத்தில் ஜெயம் ரவியின் ஸ்கூல் காதலியாக வந்து அசத்தியவர் சம்யுக்தா ஹெக்டே. இப்படத்தில் இவரது நடிப்பு ரசிகர்களை கவர்ந்தது. இதையடுத்து இவர் பப்பி படத்தில் கதாநாயகியாக நடித்தார். நடிப்பு மட்டுமின்றி, வொர்க் அவுட் விஷயத்திலும் மிகுந்த ஈடுபாடு கொண்டவராக இருந்து வருகிறார் சம்யுக்தா.

இந்த நிலையில் அவர் இன்ஸ்டாகிராம் பக்கத்தில் ஒரு புதிய வொர்க் அவுட் வீடியோவை பதிவிட்டுள்ளார். மிகவும் கடினமான நின்ஜா சர்க்யூட்டில் அவர் கம்பியில் தொங்கி, பிறகு வேறு கட்டையை பிடித்து ஏறி வொர்க் அவுட் செய்து முடிக்கும் காட்சியை அவர் பகிர்ந்துள்ளார். பார்ப்பதற்கே கடினமாக இருக்கும் இந்த வொர்க் அவுட் வீடியோவை பார்த்த ரசிகர்கள், சம்யுக்தாவுக்கு வாழ்த்துக்களை தெரிவித்து வருகின்றனர்.

So made an attempt at the ninja circuit in the gym and took 2mins 21secs to struggle theough 1/4th of the circuit Started with the hanging monkey bar I have done monkey bars before but this was my first time on an unstable monkey bar and stabilizing yourself and moving forward Transitioned to the hanging wooden plank figuring how to transition was the hardest part of doing the circuit but adding the legs surely made moving forward slightly easier Transitioning into the devils beam was the hardest, my legs slipped once and my arms were giving up but i somehow manged to continue and finish the goal i had set for myself Monkeying around is fun and all that but it requires a lot of strength, stability and focus, nothing is better than a calm mind on the bars so the next time i want to focus on doing the next part of the circuit and eventually be able to finish it You will see my progress soon :) 🎥 @grease.munky @umar_keepgoing thanks for helping me through the circuit 😊😊 and also thanks for putting me down 🤗🤗 @everyday.da @academy.of.strength #monkeybars #ninjadrills #hangingme #everydayda
